367-foot, 30-story postmodern residential building completed in 2017. Designed by Ismael Leyva and BKSK Architects, it is clad in brown brick with large gridded windows. The tall, lower three floors feature massive, 3-story black steel piers that rise from brick bases and widen towards the tops, where they are capped by a black steel lintel. These piers organize the lower facade into a middle bay, two eastern bays, and two narrow west bays with a wider west end bay. The main entrance is in the middle bay, with a revolving door flanked by traditional glass doors in black metal framing; the entry is covered by a bronze-colored suspended canopy with green striping and an Art-Deco feel. The bay to the east is divided by a smaller black metal pier at the ground floor into a narrow window and restaurant entrance with a wood-framed glass door and plate-glass window. The east end bay has glass double-doors and a narrow window. The first of the two narrow bays on the west side is thinner, with a window and vent, while the next one has a commercial entrance with a wood-framed glass door and window behind a projecting green canvas entry vestibule. The west end bay has a large double-window. The 2nd & 3rd floors have gridded windows between the piers, and brick spandrels between floors.
The 4th-9th floors on the south facade are brick, and the 4th & 5th are taller than those above. They have nine bays of gridded windows, with the west end bay set farther apart and recessed, and the others roughly grouped into pairs. A steel lintel caps this section, with the upper floors set back very slightly from the south, and more so from the east and west. The west third of the south facade on the upper floors is clad in light-grey brick with ribbon bands of windows that wrap around to the west facade. The 10th -11th floors also have ribbon band windows, but not as recessed. The rest of the upper floors are brick, with five bays of gridded windows, the eastern four split by light-grey stone piers and each half further bisected by thin light-grey mullions. There is a setback above the 27th floor. A large mechanical housing at the top is enclosed by dark-grey metal panels, with four tall steel piers at the west side.
The west facade is similar at the base, but split into three wide bays by the steel piers. The 4th-9th floors have seven bays, and the upper floors consist of the ribbon bands, except at the north end where there is a bay framed by brick, setting back above the 27th floor.
The east facade has no openings on the lower floors, clad in grey brick, with brown brick at the front and back edges. It sets back above the 11th floor, and the upper floors are brick, with a narrow window bay at the front edge, and the rear half having a double-window bay, a single-window bay, and a triple-window bay, all with grey spandrel panels between floors. The front edge sets back above the 27th floor, and the middle two bays change above this floor to a single-window located farther south, and very small windows also located farther south.
The north facade is brick at the lower floors, with two bays of double-windows near the middle, and a single-window bay at the west end (beginning at the 6th floor; the lower five have one bay of vents as the only opening). There is a shallow setback above the 11th floor, with the upper floors having a narrow window bay at the west end, and two more such bays at the east, next to a wider bay that wraps around the corner. The far east end is set far back, with another bay wrapping around that corner. These bays have grey spandrels between floors.
The building contains 225 apartment units. Besides the lobby, the ground floor is occupied by Parcelle Wine, Legacy Records, and Easy Victor Cafe.
