164-foot, 12-story mixed-use building completed in 2021. Designed by FXCollaborative, it replaces the older Covenant House building, providing supportive housing as well as containing the organization's headquarters and community facility space. The north and south facades are clad in white brick masonry, with both featuring setbacks from both streets topped with landscaped terraces.On the 41st Street façade, the lower portion of the building features long, wide windows that span the majority of the first four floors below the setback, while the upper levels feature a more regular grid of windows. The 40th Street frontage has a deep setback above the first story, with an irregular pattern of windows adorning the main elevation. The windows have wood accenting strips.

Founded in 1972, Covenant House is the largest privately funded agency in the Americas focused on providing assistance to young homeless populations. This building includes 60 residential units.
