Former Bell Telephone Co. which was designed c. 1929 by Ralph Walker (of the firm of Voorhees, Walker & Gmelin). Sculptural work was executed by John De Cesare and Edward McCartan with tilework by L. Del Turco & Bros. The lobby features a mural by Alfred E. Floegel.

It was restored to be adaptively reused as apartments by CetraRuddy with Ingelese Architecture + Engineering/Zakalak Restoration Services for L+M Development Partners.
