NRHP - National Register of Historic Places, Art Deco (architecture), business park, industrial park, historic district

Office and industrial park utilizing the buildings of the former Sylvania Plant, which produced cellophane and food packaging here between 1929 and 1978. The simplified art deco-style buildings are listed collectively on the National Register of Historic Places (NRHP) as a historic district for their architectural and industrial significance. In its heyday, Sylvania was one of the area's largest employers. The company's early economic success protected many locals from the devastating effects of the Great Depression. The complex is now home to a variety of businesses.
