6-story Beaux-Arts/Renaissance-revival residential building completed in 1907. Designed by Bernstein & Bernstein, it is clad in variegated red brick with white stone and terra-cotta trim. A low stoop at the center, with grey stone steps and white-painted sidewalls with iron railings on top, leads to the main entrance, with a black metal-and-glass door, sidelights, and transom. It is flanked by pairs of stone pilasters with egg-and-dart moldings at the capitals, supporting an entablature with a dentiled cornice. The stone basement level on either side of the stoop is enclosed by black iron fencing. The 1st floor has stone banding, and three bays of single-windows on each side. They have full stone surrounds with splayed lintels and scrolled keystones.
A stone band course underlines the windows of the 2nd floor. The upper floors have two bays of double-windows in the middle (with the eastern bay's panes uneven in width), with white stone mullions, and outer bays of single-windows (three on the east side and two on the west). The outer bays have decorated, splayed stone lintels with keystones at the 2nd-5th floors. The middle bays have surrounds with egg-and-dart moldings at the 2nd-5th floors, with the surrounds banded at the 2nd-4th floors. The 2nd-floor middle bays have scrolled keystones with small foliate flourishes to either side, and those on the 3rd-5th floors have a different style of scrolled keystone. A band course underlines the 3rd floor, with a rope molding along the underside, and truncated scrolled keystones along its width. Terra-cotta panels between the 3rd, 4th, & 5th floor at the middle bays have carved garlands.
The 6th floor is banded with large terra-cotta egg-and-dart moldings, and there are no surrounds at the windows. It is underlined by a terra-cotta band course with a wave motif. The facade is crowned by a rustic-red metal roof cornice with console brackets, modillions, dentils, and panels. A dark-red metal fire escape runs down both ends of the facade.
