4-story mixed-use building completed in 1880. It is clad in red-painted brick, and has a small 1-story extension at the west end with a red metal service door and a small window. The ground floor on the east facade has a glass-and-metal storefront with a central entrance and a blue canvas awning; the storefront wraps around for a short return at the east end of the north facade. The upper floors of the east facade have three bays of single-windows with red-painted sills and lintels. The facade is crowned by a black metal roof cornice with brackets and modillions, also capping the north facade.

The north facade has a framework of red-painted metal girders. There is a glass-block window above the storefront at the east end. In the middle, the upper floors have a wide single-windows next to a small bathroom window. The residential entrance is near the west end of the ground floor, with a red metal door atop a stone step.

The west facade above the 1-story extension has brick painted a paler shade. It has three bays of single-windows and a black metal fire escape. The ground-floor storefront is occupied by Meme Mediterranean restaurant.
