7-story mid-century-modern residential building/church completed in 1973. It is clad in reddish-orange brick, five bays wide. The centered entrance has a glass door between plate-glass windows, covered by a rounded, green canvas canopy. Above this, the upper floors have a double-window. The other four bays have wider double-windows, in grey metal framing, all with black metal air-conditioning vents below them.

The First Methodist Church occupies the ground floor, with 35 apartment units on the upper floors.
