5-story cooperative-apartment building completed in 1939. It is clad in reddish-brown brick above a white-painted stone ground floor, almost all of which is set behind a series of three grey steps spaced by brick walls sections topped by planters. The facade is eight bays wide, with all of the ground-floor openings being round-arched. There are entrances with glass doors in the west end bay and the 3rd bay from the east, both covered by brown canvas clamshell canopies. Secondary entrances with glass-and-wood doors covered by wrought-iron screens are located in the 2nd bay from the west and both bays flanking the main east entrance. These five bays are those approached by the steps. The east end bay has a window with an iron grilles and a low basement window below, while the other two have the same style of window, and are fronted by a wider section of brick wall.

The upper floors have square-headed single-windows, and the five of the bays are fronted by landings for a black metal fire escape. The roof line is marked by a metal coping and low railing. The west half of the ground floor is occupied by Balloon Bouquets of New York.
