5-story residential building originally completed in 1888. It is clad in grey brick between end piers of pale-orange brick with spandrels of thin bands of tan stone alternating with grey brick; there are also white stone panels below each window bay. The ground floor has wide end piers of alternating tan stone and grey brick, framing a metal-and-glass storefront, and a recessed entrance to the upper floors at the south end, which has a glass door.

The 2nd-3rd floors have a wide bay of double-windows on the north side, and a smaller, square bay on the south. The 4th floor has a wide band of 6-over-2 window panes. The 5th floor has a large tripartite window arragement, with the middle pane extending up into the parapet that crowns the facade with a stepped-up center section. The ground floor is occupied by Claudio's Pizza & Pasta.
