Twin 5-story residential building completed in 1877. The two matching facades are clad in red-painted brick above ground-floor metal, glass, and brick storefronts. In between the two small storefronts at each facade is a residential entrance, with glass doors. The storefronts and entrance at No. 643 are topped by a high-sloped shingle roof.

The upper floors have four bays of single-windows on both facades, with white stone bracketed sills, lintels, and cornices. The edges of the facades are lined with white stone quoins. There are black iron balconies fronting the middle bays of both facades, and both are crowned by matching black metal roof cornices with brackets, modillions, dentils, and panels. The ground floors are occupied by Pelicana Chicken, Valla Table restaurant, and Giaimo & Giaimo attorneys.
