5-story manufacturing building completed sometime around 1880. It is clad in white brick with tan stone trim above a ground-floor glass-and-metal storefront (with a recessed entrance to the upper floors on the left atop three grey brick steps), and a black iron 2nd floor with two large tripartite windows.
The upper floors have three bays of single-windows with light-brown stone sills and lintels; there are also brown metal cornices over the 4th-floor windows. Below the 4th- & 5th-floor windows are brown stone spandrel panels with two rows of square bearing flower patterns. The facade is crowned by a light-grey stone cornice. The ground floor is occupied by Liberty Smoke Distributors.
