5-story residential building completed in 1875. It is clad in white-painted brick above a ground floor of black-painted brick with a metal-and-glass storefront at the east end. The residential entrance is at the west end of the north facade, with a glass door, sidelight, and transom atop a small, 3-step stoop. To the left there are two narrow double-windows in metal framing, and then a black metal-and-glass commercial door, with the east end having another double-window and a return of the plate-glass windows from the storefront facing the avenue.

The upper floors of the north facade have four bays of single-windows, with two paired together in the middle, and the other two at the ends. They have flat, grey stone sills and lintels. The east facade's upper floors have four bays of single-windows spaced closer together, with the same trim. Both facades are crowned by grey metal roof cornices with brackets, pointed modillions, and panels. The ground floor is occupied by Kahve coffee and wine bar, and DBL Dive Bar & Lounge.
