5-story residential building completed in 1875. It is clad in red brick above a metal-and-glass storefront. The upper floors have four bays of single-windows with flat, white stone sills and lintels. A black iron fire escape runs down the middle two bays of the facade, which is topped by a brick roof parapet that is stepped up toward the middle. The ground floor is occupied by Tulcingo del Valle restaurant.
