5-story cooperative-apartment building completed in 1875 as part of a group including the buildings to the north. It is clad in red brick above a ground floor with black metal-and-glass storefronts. The residential entrance is near the center, with a glass door and transom. The upper floors have eight bays of single-windows with flat, white stone sills and lintels. A black metal fire escape runs down the two middle bays, with the landings extending farther out at the 4th floor. The facade is crowned by a matching pair of black metal roof cornices with brackets, pointed modillions, and panels. The ground floor is occupied by Stylish Ten Spa, and Everyday Convenient Store.
