4-story residential building completed around 1900. It is clad in red brick above a metal-and-glass storefront. At the south end is the entrance to the upper floors, with a light-grey wooden door below a transom. Both ends of the ground floor have fluted, brown cast-iron piers. The upper floors have four bays of single-windows with eared, grey stone lintels and thin cornices. Bands of white stone join the lintels as well as the thin stone sills. The facade is crowned by a brown metal roof cornice with four brackets, dentils, panels at the ends, and three garlands in the middle.
