6-story residential building completed in 1900 as a tenement. Designed by R. Graff, it is clad in grey-beige brick above a ground floor storefront of black and grey iron, stone, and glass. The residential entrance is at the north end, with a glass door, very narrow sidelight, and transom framed by rough-faced grey stone pilasters with fluted bases. The storefront to the left has another rough-faced stone pilaster at the south end, where there is a 3-pane display-window. The north part of the storefront has a glass door with a wide sidelight and transom.

The upper floors have four bays of single-windows, will sill courses below the windows on each floor - each floor having a different version of a dentil band below the sill. The 2nd floor has stone lintels with thin cornices, and the 3rd floor has splayed stone lintels. The 4th floor has round-arches of brick voussoirs above the windows, with terra-cotta keystones. The 5th floor also has splayed lintels, and the 6th floor is banded, with a tall brick parapet at the roof line. A black iron fire escape with basket-style landings runs down the middle two bays of the facade. The ground floor is occupied by Westway Taxi Medallion Sales.
