8-story modernist residential building completed in 2012. Designed by Cannon Design, it is clad in light grey-brown cast-stone. The east half of the ground floor is occupied by Trek Bicycle. There is an entrance at the north end of the east facade on the avenue, with glass-and-metal double-doors set in a field of rust-colored metal; to the south is a show-window and a wider bay of plate-glass wrapping around the southeast corner to a narrower pane at the east end of the south facade. The commercial space continues on the south facade with a wide show-window and a narrower one. The west end of the south facade angles back, and here the ground floor is clad in light-colored, warm wood panels. The main entrance is at the west end, with a metal-framed glass door and sidelight below a transom fronted by a steel sign hanging down from the upper floors (which also angle back but not as sharply) reading "revere" in lowercase lettering. A garden area at the rear of the building is enclosed by a grey granite wall.
The upper floors on the south facade have a variety of window openings, including single-windows, double-windows, paired windows, and triple-windows, all in silver aluminum framing. Some of them wrap around the corners, and some have brown metal air-conditioning vents below them. The east facade is designed in a similar manner. The main facades terminate the 6th floor, with the 2-level penthouse
set back and fronted by terraces.
The rear, west facade is clad in the same brown stone at its south half, with the north half extending farther out and clad in corrugated, silver metal paneling. The south half has the same style of varied windows, while the north half has wide 4-window bands at the 2nd-6th floors, and open horizontal slot at the tall parapet behind which the penthouse is set.
The building contains 20 apartment units, with the bicycle shop on the ground floor.
