5-story residential building completed in 1892. It is clad in red-painted brick above a ground floor that was renovated with black polished granite in 2012. The stoop has also been refinished in granite, leading up to a central entrance with a metal-framed glass door, sidelights, and transom, flanked by granite pilasters topped by angel heads serving as the bases of brackets supporting a cornice. On either side of the entrance is a wide single-window, and flanking the stoop are low black granite walls with black iron gates.

The upper floors have four bays of single-windows with rough, eared limestone lintels. A black iron fire escape runs down the middle two bays of the facade, which is crowned by a black metal roof cornice with brackets, modillions, and panels.
