295-foot, 23-story modernist residential building completed in 2009. Designed by Handel Architects, it is clad in beige brick, blue-green glass, and silver metal. The ground floor is lined by metal-and-glass storefronts along the avenue, with metal louvers along the tops. Nine floors on top make up the 10-story base, with thin brick spandrels separating the glass-and-metal curtain wall at each floor. Air-conditioning vents are built into the window bays. A narrow section with steel spandrels instead of brick divides the west facade roughly into a southern one-third and northern two-thirds. This section's curtain wall and spandrels angle gently and project to a central point, and continues above the 10th floor, serving to anchor the mass of the upper tower's curtain wall rising above the base. The angle continues on the upper tower, extending farther to the north where it terminates in an end bay with projecting balconies with glass railings. The south end recessed back to a beige-brick section with a bay of single-windows and then a triple-window bay that wraps around the southwest corner. A silver metal crowns caps the facade at the curtail-wall section of the tower.

The main entrance is located on 37th Street, not far from the west end, with a revolving door and traditional glass doors in a recessed glass wall, covered by a stainless-steel canopy. There is an angled and pleated metal wall to the east of the entry, and with narrower but similar wall on the west side. A storefront takes up the far west end, and there is a wider storefront on the east, with a metal service door at the far end. The base rises to the 10th floor at the west end, with a wide and narrow window bay, and to the 7th floor before setting back at the east end, with four narrow window bays. In between, above the entrance and pleated metal wall, the floors at set back and fronted by a metal railing at the base of the 2nd floor. The narrower east part of the set-back area has triple-windows extending up to the 10th floor, and the wider west part continues up past the rest of the base as part of the upper tower. The eastern two panes of this section have metal spandrels instead of brick, and above the base they change to balconies with glass railings. Above the west part of the base, the upper tower has a masonry section with smaller single-windows, and another curtain wall section to the left, forming the west end.

The north facade on 38th Street is wider, and has more storefront sections on the ground floor, extending most of the way over; the east end has a metal service door and an entrance to the underground parking garage. At the east end, the 10-story base has a wide window bay (wrapping around the corner), a brick section with small single-windows, and a narrow window bay that also wraps around the corner to a recessed section with a wide curtain-wall area and a small single-window bay surrounded by brick, also extending to the 10th floor. The upper tower is set back behind the base, with its west half a curtain wall with projecting glass balconies at the west end, and the east half having a single-window bay in masonry, and a recessed area with more projecting balconies. Continuing east, the base has nine bays of double-windows, setting back above the 7th floor.

The east facade of the tower is a glass-and-metal curtain wall, with balconies at both ends, and the north part slightly recessed from the rest, with another row of balconies at the junction. The wings of the 10-story base extend farther to the east, wrapping around a courtyard.

The building contains 394 apartment units. The ground floor is occupied by a Duane-Reade pharmacy, Odyssey Wine & Spirits, Jenny's Marketplace, and Title Boxing Club.
