5-story residential building completed in 1898. It is clad in brown parged brick. A short stoop with iron handrails leads up to a central entrance with a metal-framed glass door, narrow sidelights, and a transom flanked by round columns on square plinths, surmounted by an entablature and cornice. To either side is a wide single-window with a splayed lintel, keystone, and iron grille. Below the western one is a basement window, and below the eastern one is a secondary basement entrance with a roll-down metal gate, and an iron cage.

The upper floors have four bays of single-windows with simple stone sills and splayed lintels. A black iron fire escape runs down the middle two bays of the facade, which is crowned by a black metal roof cornice with large modillions, dentils, and a fascia board with four small wreaths.
