5-story commercial building completed in 2019. Designed by Dome Architecture & Design Group and CAI Architecture, it was intended to serve as a new Maserati flagship dealership, but those plans never materialized. The facades are clad in glass and silver metal panels. The window glass wraps around the northeast corner on the first four floors, and the bands don't extend all the way to the west end on the north facade. The ground floor on the east facade has a central main entrance with glass double-doors, and to the south are two secondary entrances with glass doors.

The rear, south-facing facade and the west facade are fully clad in silver panels, with no openings.
