2-story office building completed in 1950. Designed by Henry Silverman, the building is L-shaped and wraps around the base of the tall building to the north. It is clad in brick, except for at the southeast corner, where it is clad in grey metal and dark-tinted glass. The rest of the exposed facade along 42nd Street has 14 bays of single-windows, except for on the ground floor, where there is a small storefront at the western two bays, with a metal service door one bay over, and another service door four more bays over. The bay next to the west service day has also been bricked-in. The windows are set in bands of beige brick, with bands of reddish-orange brick below, between, and above the two floors of windows. The roof line is marked by a beige concrete coping.

The building is occupied by The International Association of Bridge, Structural, Ornamental and Reinforcing Iron Workers Local 580, whose jurisdiction includes all segments of ornamental ironwork. Examples include curtain walls, marquees, canopies, stage equipment, bridge and overpass railings, and all types of miscellaneous iron. The storefront is occupied by 42nd Street Wine Loft.
