3-story office building completed in 1914 as a warehouse. Designed by Mulliken & Moeller, it is clad in black-painted stone. The south end has two bays of windows in aluminum framing, the southern one with a glass-and-metal double-door built into it. The north end has a deeply-recessed opening with a concrete frame inset within it, surrounding a set of glass double-doors.

The upper floors have four bays of windows - the 2nd from the north is much narrower, with single-windows, while the others three have 5-over-2 windows. There is a simple roof parapet with a mechanical bulkhead rising above it. The building has been converted to office use, and is now occupied by Mother Design.
