987-foot, 5-story modernist office building currently on hold. Designed by FXFOWLE Architects, the tower was originally to be known as the GiraSole. The facade is clad in silvery glass with thin aluminum mullions. The building has a 7-story podium base, with a minor setback where the main bulk of the tower begins to rise. The double-height ground floor is slightly recessed below the rest of the podium, with clear plate-glass.

The northern and southern elevations rise uninterrupted, while the eastern and western façades have shallow setbacks that are topped by private office terraces. The tower is capped by a flat roof with a tall glass parapet.
