A PMG development and fourth in Orlando Florida - Society Orlando is a three-tower project with the first two at 19-stories.
As of Q3 of 2020 only site testing and preparations have been completed.

The site was FKA the du Pont Centre complex project to which it was never completed & only the Bank of America Building was completed.
The property, which included the adjacent "Central Station on Orange" and the Lynx Headquarters Building was the last portion of the block that sat vacant since it was foreclosed on and acquired by different owners from the early 1990s.
it was Phase 2 of the old $400 million duPont Centre development of the mid-1980s. - an 18 story Westin Hotel plans were completed and early ideas of 33 stories high rise office building but nothing beyond the idea were completed besides site clearing/prep.
Part of master plan development of William du Pont III which was to include Hotel, another office building & an additional parking garage.
The project was never completed due to the economic recession, bad investments, American Pioneer/First FA Bank Failure (Owned by duPont) & financial problems of William du Pont III. The property was purchase by Barnett Bank (later acquired by BofA) in turn sold it to Pizzuti Property who was also in talks to purchase the NBA Orlando Magic franchise from Bill DuPont but eventually sold it to Amway Founder Rich Devos.
Prior to the properties acquisition, the area was known as Cheney Commercial Center, Bradshaw Subdivision.
