5-story cooperative-apartment building completed in 1920 as a garage. It was converted to a bakery in the mid-1900s, and then to residential use as a co-op in 1985. It is clad in buff-colored brick above a ground floor of beige-painted limestone. There is a central entrance with a glass door and narrow sidelights. To either side are three windows - the first one somewhat wider, with vents below four of them. The ground floor is capped by a band of vertically-laid black bricks.

The 2nd-4th floors have six bays of single-windows, with the west bay spaced farther apart. Above a brick parapet at the top of the 4th floor, the 5th floor consists of a brick bulkhead at the west end, with a single-window. To the right are set-back areas, with angled French doors at the east end, between short brick walls.

The building contains 16 apartments.
