6-story Art-Deco residential building completed in 1912. Designed by Henry A. Smith and William P. Miller, it is clad in tan brick with stone and terra-cotta trim. It has a centered entrance, with a metal-framed glass door in a glass-and-metal surround, framed by white terra-cotta with green trim, and a horizontal lintel with green and gold trim. Bordering the entryway are a pair of terra-cotta pilasters with green trim (including hanging pendants) and scrolled brackets at the tops, carrying a white cornice with green-and-gold modillions. A parapet above the cornice is broken by two of the 2nd-floor windows and has green-and-gold terra-cotta square with diamond shapes. To the west of the entrance, the ground floor has four bays of double-windows, and to the east are three double-windows, a single-window, and a gated service door. The ground floor is topped by a broad stone band.

The upper floors have 14 bays of single-windows with brick sills. Four of the bays are bordered by slightly-projecting brick piers. These six piers have tall capitals of white terra-cotta with rows of green garlands; the tops rise above the roof parapet, which has slightly more orange brick and a row of square panels with diagonal bricks.

The building contains 49 apartment units.
