7-story modernist residential building completed in 2002. Designed by Perkins Eastman Architects, it is clad in red and beige brick. The front facade is organized into five sections - a projecting middle section of red brick, and red-brick end sections, with beige brick sections in between; the entire ground floor is also red brick.

The main entrance is in the middle section, with a glass-and-metal window wall around glass double-doors, covered by a steel canopy. The upper floors here have three bays of aluminum-framed double-windows; the center bay has aluminum spandrel panels between floors, and the outer two bays have dark-red metal air-conditioning vents below the windows. There is horizontal striping of beige stone at the roof line.

To the left, the east beige-brick section has four bays of wider double-windows, with portions of the lower panes incorporating silver metal vent above concrete sills. The ground-floor windows have red iron grilles, and are set behind a low iron fence. There is a similar beige-brick section to the west, but it is wider, spanning six bays, plus one extra bay of narrow double-windows next to the middle section.

Both ends have red brick, with a very narrow double-window bay next to a triple-window bay, also with metal vents. The roof line at the end sections is slightly higher than at the beige-brick sections, where there are low, silver metal railings.

The building contains 109 apartment units.
