5-story residential building completed in 1886. It is clad in dark-red brick with beige stone trim above a beige stone ground floor. There is a short brick stoop on the left, with stone steps and iron handrails, leading up to an entrance with a dark-brown wood-and-glass door and sidelight below a transom. It is framed by simple pilasters with stylized capitals and light sconces, topped by a subtle cornice. The ground floor is lightly rusticated, and has two bays of single-windows to the right.

The upper floors have four bays of single-windows with hooded lintels. They are topped by thin stone cornices on the 3rd & 4th floors, with larger cornices on the 2nd floor. The shoulders of the windows are joined by double bands of beige stone, with vertical bricks set at angles in between. A black metal fire escape with Greek fret patterns along the tops of the landings runs down the middle two bays of the facade, which is crowned by a tall brick parapet with a wide stone panel outlined in a black Greek fret pattern, with a medallion in the center. The roof line has a stone coping and is stepped up at the ends.
