A trio of 5-story Neo-Grec residential buildings completed together in 1883. They are clad in brownstone, painted white at No. 515, grey at No. 517, and red at No. 519; No. 515 is set just slightly higher than the other two. The matching designs have central entrances atop small stoops with brick risers and iron handrails, leading to slightly-recessed doorways with metal-frames glass doors, sidelights (on the left), and transoms. A simple stone surround at No. 515 is painted brown. To either side, the ground floors have two bays of narrow single-windows, with iron grilles at Nos. 515 & 517.

The upper floors have four bays of single-windows with flat stone sills, painted brown at No. 515. A metal fire escape runs down the middle two bays of each facade, which are crowned by matching metal roof cornices with brackets, dentils, and panels. The cornice is painted light-brown at No. 515, white at No. 517, and black at No. 519.

The exposed east elevation of No. 515 is stuccoed and painted white, with a pair of small, shallow light wells that have some narrow single-windows.
