5-story Neo-Grec residential building completed in 1875. It is clad in brown-painted brownstone above a lightly-banded limestone ground floor. A narrow stoop with iron steps, stone sidewalls, and iron handrails leads up to an entrance with a black glass-and-metal door in a smooth stone surround. On either side is a square opening with a double-window and iron grille.

The upper floors have four bays of single-windows with full surrounds. A grey metal fire escape runs down the middle two bays of the facade, which is crowned by a dark-grey metal roof cornice with brackets, dentils, and four medallions.
