3-story commercial building completed sometime around 1900. It is clad in grey-brown brick above a ground floor of grey stone framing a metal-and-glass storefront with a deeply-recessed entrance. The 2nd floor has a large, 4-pane studio window, above which is a plain concrete panel outlined in brick and a parapet of beige brick. The top floor is smaller and set back, clad in red brick, with a single-window. The building is occupied by Paramount party supplies.
