181-foot, 18-story modernist residential building completed in 2007. Designed by H. Thomas O'Hara, it is clad in light-red brick. At the north end of the ground floor is a grey metal service door and the main entrance with metal-and-glass double-doors, both below grey metal vents. To the south the ground floor has two storefront bays.

The upper floors have two middle bays of double-windows, and end bays of tripartite windows, in grey metal framing. There is a metal air-conditioning vent below each window. There is a setback above the 13th floor. The north and south elevations are brick with no windows. The building contains 49 apartment units. The ground floor is occupied by Little India grocery.
