An Unimposing, yet architecturally significant 12 floor neoclassical low rise building completed in 1904. Known as the Girard building, this slender building sat here for 100 years in the vicinity of the Corbin Building until being demolished in 2005-07 to make way for the Fulton Street Transit Center.
