A medival pond - Local King's property. ( King - refers to descendents of nobleman during British Rule). This is a place where traditional mela(a hindi word for congregation of people in festive moods..marked by sale of handicrafts and local commodities) is organized during hindu festival of dussehra. Quite an interseting place in itself famous for exchange of animals all accross northern india. Very colourful. If you are to visit vararansi-india, please do not forget to visit this in month of October/November.
