612-foot, 53-story modernist residential building completed in 2016. Designed by SLCE Architects, it has a silver-blue glass curtain wall. The 8-story base's north half is organized into five bays by piers of white glazed glass panels, with three bays on the north facade. Each of these bays is framed on all four sides at the top floor of the base, where the glass is slightly recessed within the bays. This pattern also appears on the south half of the west facade, which extends a little further to the west, and the three western bays of the 5-bay south facade.

The north half of the tower is set back above the base; the south half is also recessed at the 9th floor, with the floors above supported by grey metal columns. At the west elevation, the facade cantilevers over the neighboring church, beginning at the 11th floor, 170 feet above street level. At the south end of the east facade, the building's verticality is emphasized by five thin metal mullions running up the facade, crossing over the recessed 9th floor.

The 9th floor is completely dedicated to amenities, including an indoor saltwater lap pool, fitness center, and outdoor dog run. There is also a rooftop sundeck and swimming pool. The building contains a total of 598 apartment units. The ground floor is occupied by Kumon Math & Reading Center, Queen of Queens Nails and Spa, Superior Gourmet Marketplace, and Success Academy Charter School.
