6-story office building completed in 1928. Designed by B. Robert Swartburg as an office and showrooms building, it is clad in buff-colored brick above a 2-story stone base. The ground floor is lined with storefronts, except for the building entrance at the west bay on 37th Street, which is framed in green marble, with brass-and-glass doors. The north facade on this street is four bays wide, while the Broadway facade has two regular bays with a narrow bay in between. The northeast corner above the ground floor is chamfered, with one window per floor.

All of the regular bays have tripartite windows with black iron frames, except the wider far western bay, which has double panes between the narrow end panes. At the upper floors the spandrels have patterns of projecting brick, and the windows have stone sills. The piers extend just above the roof line, with stone capitals, and there is a simple stone parapet along the roof.

The west elevation, adjoining the church next door, is clad in red brick with no windows. A large advertising sign is mounted on the north facade, covering the eastern two bays and the corner bay from the 3rd-6th floors. Vertical banners are attached to both of the main facade, and there is another large advertising sign mounted on the roof, angled toward the intersection. The ground floor is occupied by Garden Gourmet Market Place, a Dunkin' Donuts, V&S Gallery Vitamins & Souvenirs, and Frankie Boy's Pizza.
