157-foot, 12-story office building completed in 1923. Designed by Robert T. Lyons, it consists of a north and south building connected by a mid-block arcade. The two facades on 35th & 36th Street are similar, with brown brick above 2-story limestone bases, but with a few minor differences. Both facades have two 3-window bays on the left side, and a 4-window bay at the right.

At the north building this wider bay is divided into a main entrance framed by a pointed-arch, and a plate-glass storefront. The other two bays have similar storefronts. The 2nd floor has triple-windows with black metal framing in the two east bays, with the west bay organized into a central double-window flanked by two single-windows. The 3rd floor, where the brick cladding begins, has the same window arrangement. At the rest of the upper floors there are three separates windows in each bay (four in the west bay).

The 10th floor is set off at the bottom and top by narrow band courses, and sets back above the eastern two bays. The west bay extends up another floor, before narrowing to two windows at the 12th floor, topped by a triangular pediment.

At the south building, the arched entrance is slightly shifted to the left, with a metal service bay to the right. The rest of the facade matches, except that the far eastern window at each floor, above the base, have deeply recessed doors behind the openings, creating small, inset balcony spaces.

The west elevation on 36th Street is clad in dark-brown brick behind the front pier, with matches the brick of the main facade, with two bays of single-windows near the front. The east elevation is clad in the same brown brick with bays of paired windows. The ground floor is occupied by Blue 35 Cleaners & Tailors, and Green Tea Nail & Spa on 35th Street, and by a sportswear store and Capitol Fishing Tackle on 36th Street.
