6-story modernist office building originally completed in 1925. Designed by J. C. Hankinson, it had its original facade replaced in the 1980s with a curtain wall of green glass and thin aluminum framing. The ground floor is stone, with a storefront and main building entrance. The exposed top floors of the north elevation are clad in brick, with a sign at the front. The 1st & 2nd floors are occupied by a Burger King restaurant, with Vinod Perfumes also on the ground floor.
