178-foot, 13-story office building completed in 1922. Designed by George & Edward Blum, it is clad in buff-colored brick above a 2-story rusticated limestone base. The facade has five main bays, each with three windows, and smaller end bays, each with one window. The glass-doored main entrance is in the center, framed by beveled stainless steel and topped by a canopy framework. The end bays have small service entrances with metal doors, and the other bays have storefronts will metal roll-down gates concealed in the awnings. The end bays at the 2nd floor have recessed, segmental-arched openings with metal railings at the bottoms. The base is capped by a small stone cornice with a row of rosettes.

The upper floors have narrow brick pilasters between the three windows in each main bay; the end bays have recessed single-windows and ornamental single protruding bricks running up the wide piers on either side. All of the brick spandrels have three recessed rectangular panels. The middle of the facade is dotted with protruding air-conditioning units, and sets back above the 10th floor. The two end bays have round-arched windows at the 10th floor, with molded architraves, and small cornices. Above the cornices, they continue as narrower towers with chamfered corners, and narrow paired windows on each floor, round-arched at the top floor, which is capped by a stone parapet. The ground floor is occupied by All-in-One Suppliers, RL Perez Goods, Good Seed restaurant, and Tally Taylor Inc. clothing store.
