5-story office building completed in the late 1800s. There are six bays of windows on the north facade, and three window openings per floor on the west elevation, which were filled-in in 2013. In 2011, the building owners, design firm Desigual, had the brick facade painted over in a wildly colored abstract pattern. A new paint scheme was added in 2013, and yet another in 2014, featuring such items as a giant blue zipper, flowers, and scandalous figures in painted-on upper-floor "windows".
