133-foot, 12-story Neo-Classical office building completed in 1903. Designed by Goldwin Starrett of the firm of Starrett & van Vleck, it is clad in white glazed brick above a 2-story metal, glass and stone base. The main entrance is at the west end, below a suspended glass canopy. A storefront takes up the rest of the ground floor. The upper floors have six windows, with the two outer ones spaced slightly further apart. Each windows has a stone sill and splayed stone lintel with a keystone, up through the 10th floor. The 11th floor has carved hanging foliate pendants framing the end bays and is topped by a cornice. The top floor has carved pendants on each pier, and the facade is crowned by a green metal roof cornice with brackets, modillions and finials on top. The lower levels are occupied by Famous Footwear.
