480-foot, 42-story modernist residential building completed in 2015. Designed by Schuman, Lichtenstein, Claman & Efron, it was originally planned as condominiums, but changed to rental apartments. The tower is set back atop a 2-story podium at an angle, and clad in a curtain wall of blue glass. The podium has white pre-cast stone piers and a grey granite water table. The east facade is divided into six large bays with plate-glass show-windows, the outer bays with glass double-doors set into them. The upper parts of the southern four bays have grey metal infill, while the northern two bays have opaque upper glass panes above metal louvers. The north facade of the podium has five bays, with the western bay clad in grey granite and containing the main entrance, with a revolving glass door flanked by glass double-doors, recessed in a stepped-back surround and covered by a frosted-glass-and-metal canopy. The other four bays are like those on the east facade, with the middle two wider and the narrower outer bays having sets of double-doors.

The blue-glass tower rising above has eight sides, with two longer sides aligned along the 45-degree angle to the street grid. Atop the roof is a sloped, glass-covered mechanical penthouse. The building contains 319 apartment units. The ground floor is occupied by Molteni&C Dada UniFor furniture store, and BoConcept furniture.
