3-story mercantile building completed in 1912 for the Fairchild Realty Co. at a cost of $50,000. Designed by Joseph H. Friedlander, it is clad in red brick above a white stone ground floor with large plate-glass show-windows. The two upper floors have bands of four windows divided by black iron mullions in the center, and single-windows in the end bays. A stone coping caps the roof line.
The ground floor is occupied by Marjan International oriental rugs.
