7-story office building completed in 1929. Designed by Starrett & Van Vleck, it is clad in buff-colored brick above a 2-story base of beige-painted smooth stucco at the 2nd floor, and modern storefronts on the ground floor. The southern half of the 6th Avenue facade has two round-arched entrances. Above them are three windows at the 2nd floor, with two more at the north half. The 32nd Street facade has five bays alternating two windows and three windows at the 2nd floor. The east facade on Broadway has six openings, with windows in the northern three, metal louvers in two of the southern ones, and the other being filled in with stucco. A band course caps the base.

The upper floors each have four windows on the west and east facades. On the north facade, there are paired windows in the two end bays, and there are six windows in the middle. The exception is the 3rd floor, which has a black cast-iron framed circular window in the center, flanked on either side by a narrow window and two regular-sized windows. The brick roof parapet has a criss-cross pattern in the brickwork. The ground floor is occupied by The Harold restaurant, BAIO Sugar bubble tea, and Speedy's restaurant.
