4-story mercantile building completed sometime in the late 1800s as a store-and-loft building. The long, narrow structure spans through the block to 6th Avenue. Above the modernized storefront on Broadway, it has a red-painted facade, with large bands of show-windows on each floor. A shallow, pointed arch encloses the 2nd-floor window, and the facade is crowned by a red-painted parapet with square holes and two finials, above a small modillioned cornice. The 6th Avenue facade is similar, but without the arch on the 2nd floor, and with a differing top. It has a parapet with peaked holes and no finials above the simple cornice.
