4-story commercial building completed sometime in the mid-late 1800s. It is clad in red brick above a ground floor lined with metal-and-glass storefronts. Storefront windows also extend up to the 2nd floor at the corner, topped by a dentiled iron cornice. The east half of the 2nd floor on the south facade is brick, with a single-window. The top two floors have three bays of single-windows, all of which have metal sills and flat lintels. Traces remain of a former window bay at the east edge, now bricked-in.

The top two floors on the west facade have three bays of single-windows spaced closer together, with matching sills and lintels. Both facades are crowned by a modillioned black metal roof cornice. The ground floor is occupied by Breckenridge Hemp Company, and 876 Market Deli, with Classy Nail and Spa on the 2nd floor.
