4-story mercantile originally building completed in the late 1800s, but largely altered since. It is clad in orange brick. The ground floor has a modern storefront with large plate-glass windows on the front facade and running most of the way down the north facade, painted black. The entrance to the upper floors is at the eastern end. The avenue side has a wide show window at the 2nd floor, and three windows on both of the upper floors. The north elevation has three bays of windows at the east side, and two more to the west, spaced further apart. At the 2nd floor, two of the eastern bays have been combined into one wide window. A simple parapet caps the roof line. The ground floor is occupied by Gregorys Coffee.
