3-story mercantile building originally completed in the mid-1800s, but remodeled with a new facade in the late 1900s. Above the entrance and ground-floor storefront with wide plate-glass windows, it is clad in silver metal panels with six tall, narrow windows at both floors. They are divided by thin metal frames. Midway up the 2nd-to-outer window on each floor is a small, square pivoting pane. The ground floor is occupied by Rolling hand roll bar, with Stellar Barber Shop on the 2nd floor.
