4-story mercantile building completed in 1924. Designed by John C. Westervelt, it is wedge shaped, with a wider end on Broadway. It spans four bays on Broadway, and ten along 30th Street. The ground floor is grey-painted stone, lined with storefronts. The main entrance is in the northern bay on Broadway, and there is a service entrance in the westernmost bay on 30th Street. The service doors are metal, with a roll-down metal shutter, and are flanked by sidelights with a metal grille. Above the doors is a triple-window. The main entrance is topped by a single, horizontal window with a metal grille. The storefronts all have flat box awnings, and the ground floor is capped by a band course with a wave motif.

The upper floors are clad in tan brick, with piers dividing the facades into bays of tripartite windows with transoms. The exceptions are the narrow bay at the southeast chamfered corner (above the ground floor), and the westernmost bay on 30th Street, which is slightly narrower and has deeply recessed walls creating inset balconies. Between the piers, the floors are separated by pale green iron spandrels with panels broken by a central circle. The brick roof parapet is decorated with panels, and the stone coping curves up to a raised section at each pier. Above the top-floor windows at the chamfered corner is a carved stone panel with a rounded top; the coping at the parapet is rounded to follow the curvature of the panel.

The ground floor is occupied by SR Perfume, Dunkin', Nuzhat Perfumes, Byzade Jewelry, Starata Fashion Jewelry, Fatima Perfume, Shinestars wholesale jewelry, and Bliki's African Fabric.

Attached to the west end of the building is a 3-story structure clad in grey-painted brick (55-57 West 30th). It has a service entrance at the west end, and two more storefronts. The five bays of windows on the upper floors have dark-grey painted flat stone sills and lintels, with a dark-grey painted metal fire escape over two of the bays, and a simple metal roof cornice. Its ground floor is occupied by SN Watches & Silver by Fenix. Further to the west, at the end of the block, is a 1-story taxpayer structure narrowing to a point (59-67 West 30th). It is clad in grey-brown sheet metal with additional storefronts. They are occupied by Tiba's Coffee, Los Tacos Hermanos, a gift store, and Novelty Candy Store.
